How to Register for Website Access

Step 1:  Provide your contact information to the church office
If you are a member of First Baptist Church, chances are your e-mail address and other contact information is already on file. First, attempt to use the registration field below as instructed in step 2.

If you receive an error indicating your address is not on file, you must have it entered into the system by the church office. The easiest way to do this is to fill out the secure Online Visitor Card and Web Access Application and submit it through this website.

Step 2:  Enter your e-mail address to register
Once your contact information is on file with the church office, simply enter your e-mail address below. Within a few minutes a username and password will be generated and forwarded to you*. After you have logged in you may change both your username and password.

I have forgotten my log in username and/or password.
If you have already registered for an account but have forgotten your log in credentials, enter your registered e-mail address in the field below. Within a few minutes your username and password will be forwarded to that address*.

I received one of these error messages:

ERROR! "your_address@isp.com" is already linked to a web user account.
This means that there is already a user on this site who's profile lists the address you provided as their own. Most likly, this means you have already registered for an account. Use the "I have forgotten my username/password" field above to have your password resent to you. If multiple family members are linked to the same address, you may want to notify the church office with your individual address.

ERROR! "your_address@isp.com" was not found in the church directory!
The e-mail address you entered is not currently on file with the church office. First make sure you have typed the address correctly. If it was typed correctly, you must first notify the church of your current e-mail address before continuing. Use the secure visitor card form.

ERROR! You Must First Register Your Account
This message means that you have entered a valid e-mail address into the "I have forgotten my username/password" field but you have not yet registered your account. Simply enter the address into the regestration field.

* I submitted my e-mail address. Why haven't I received the e-mail with my username and password?
If you suspect that you are not receiving an e-mail sent from this site, you should first check the junk, bulk or spam folder that your email service may have set up.

Filters used by Hotmail, Yahoo!, AOL and many others will filter out what they think is junk or spam. If you find that this is the case, there should be a way to go into your junk folder and click on a link or a check box that says something to the effect of "not junk" or "not spam". This should then tell your email service to not filter out the mail you want.

You can also try to add our address to your address book. Some filters will then regard this sender as "known" or "safe". Others will have an actual "safe" list that you can access.
